Olivehurst Elementary implements PBIS to teach students positive behaviors that will help them be successful students. PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) is a schoolwide approach that helps create a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment for all students. PBIS focuses on teaching and recognizing positive behaviors, clearly communicating expectations, and providing support when students need help making positive choices. The goal is to help every student feel successful, connected, and ready to learn.
